Abstract：
A simple method of four band mixture describing the high spin states of even-even nuclei is proposed. Multi-band structure is discussed. The spectra and 2J～ω²curves of four even parity bands in Er¹⁶⁴ is calculated in this model. The results arefound to be in a reasonable agreement with experimental data.
