Abstract：
One rotational band of ¹⁶⁰Lu was identified through the ¹⁴⁴Sm(¹⁹F,3n)¹⁶⁰Lu fusion-evaporation reaction.The Jπ assignments of this band are discussed on the basis of additivity law.
