Abstract：
Employing the analytic expression (to the next leading order) for non-singlet component of structure function which we got from QCD theory and putting recent experiment result of neutral current structure function at Q²=11(GeV/c)² as input, we give the QCD prediction for neutral current structure function of their scaling violation behaviours.
