Abstract：
The rephasing invariant formulation for the K⁰-K⁰ system is given and used to discuss the signs of the B parameter in M₁₂ calculation andsin δ in the K-M matrix (both are positive). The meaning of the singularity appeared in the exact formula of the ε parameter, which does not appear in the popular formula in the literature, is also discussed.
