A MICROSCOPIC CALCULATION OF π+-16O ELASTIC SCATTERING

  • The differential cross section of π+-`16O elastic scattering at Tπlab=240,343 MeV is calculated using a microscopic description of the π-nucleus scattering. The results are in agreement with the experimental data qualitatively.
