Abstract：
The excitation function for α transfer reaction ²⁸Si(¹⁶O,C)S has been studied.A coupling channel theory with molecular states has been constructed with linear combination of nuclear orbits.The calculated result is in good agreement with experiment data and is much improved in comparing with the theory of distorted wave Born approximation.
