Abstract: Photoconduction detector has advanced features of small volume,high sensitivity and wide application range,but the noise current of it is high.So it is difficult to calibrate the detectors sensitivity.We have calibrated a few of PCDs by the way of electronics on Beijing Synchronization Radiation Facility (BSRF) and obtained the sensitivity curve at 50—300eV energy range.The way we used has been proven a good way from the experimental results.
