Abstract：
In the framework of RMF theory, we study gap parameters for the pairing energy in the chain of O-isotopes. By examining the binding energies and the quadrupole deformations of nuclei, we find that the gap parameters, Λ_n and Λ_p,can simply be fixed to a value of 0.5 in this mass range, in accordance with satisfactory descriptions.
